GOAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND ANALYSIS

1. Ratios represent the final outcomes. Analysis of their trend provide a very important tool of analysis. Begin with the four ratios I have suggested below.

2. Present your trend data in the formats that I have prepared for your convenience. (Notice the organization and guidance.)

3. Analyze your performance as compared to your own long-term goals. What you set out to do? What actually happened? Reasons? Future strategies?

4. Analyze your performance as compared to that of another team (one only) that did better than yours. If you are satisfied with your performance, then comment on how another team (one only) could have done better.

5. Concentrate on a few major items that I have selected for these tables. You can add to these lists, prepare graphs, etc. Be brief and complete.

6. Provide a heading each time you present a new topic.

7. A hard copy of your report should be given to me on the due date as stated in the syllabus. Late submissions would affect your grade negatively.
   1. Third Round: Before presentations.
   2. Sixth Round: After presentations.
